About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at B.C. Cafe Ltd. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Chef Supervision

Lead and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations and high-quality food production.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Staff Training and Development

Train and develop kitchen staff to improve their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to meet the demands of our kitchen operations.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and by being responsive to customer feedback and concerns.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Personal Qualities

Client focus, dependability, reliability, team player, and strong communication skills.
