  • Negotiate with clients to provide customized catering and event solutions.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
Experience:
  • 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent position with a recognized employer.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 40 hours per week.
