Shuttle Driver Position

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to join our team at Northern Tier High Adventure Base. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of staff and scouts to and from various locations.

About the Role

This is a seasonal position that requires a valid driver's license and a good driving record. You will be working with a team to provide exceptional service and ensure the safety of our participants.

Responsibilities
  • Drive 15-passenger vans with or without trailer
  • Ensure vehicles and trailers receive regular inspections
  • Ensure all safety equipment is functional
  • Transport staff and scouts to and from various locations
  • Work effectively with both youth and adults
  • Provide exceptional service and ensure the safety of our participants
Requirements
  • Age 21 or older
  • Valid driver's license
  • Good driving record
  • Available for the summer from mid-May to August
  • Passion for safety culture
  • Clear communication and organization skills
  • Accuracy and thoroughness in work
