Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Conduct lead generation through phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand customer challenges and business priorities.
  • Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of our software to prospective clients.
  • Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the sales pipeline, moving prospects through the sales process towards closing.
  • Market Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team to enhance lead quality and drive continuous improvement.
  • Sales Objectives: Consistently meet or exceed designated sales targets.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the Field Service industry (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc.).
  • Leadership experience in growing a sales team.
  • Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year + Commission (Uncapped).
