Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Team Member to join our overnight shift team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, preparing high-quality food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding guest service, ensuring that every guest leaves the store satisfied and eager to return.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests, adhering to Tim Hortons standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
  • Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Previous food preparation experience is an asset.
  • Previous food safety training is an asset.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
