Job Title: Appliance Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Appliance Service Technician to join our team at SC Appliance Repair. As an Appliance Service Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining electrical appliances and components, handling refrigerants, and performing maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Repair electrical appliances and components
  • Handle, recover, and store refrigerants
  • Repair and service gas appliances and related equipment
  • Perform maintenance tasks such as recharging systems with refrigerant, checking and testing regulators, and calibrating systems
Requirements:
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • Appliance installation and repair technology/technician certification
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Standing for extended periods
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling
  • Fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Appliance Repair Trade Certification
  • Basic security clearance
  • Driver's validity license check
  • Eligible for professional liability insurance
  • Driving record check (abstract)
