Position Overview

The Earl of Whitchurch is seeking a dedicated Dining Operations Manager to oversee our restaurant's daily functions. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Management: Identify the types of services to be provided and establish operational protocols.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments of staff performance.
  • Cost Management: Analyze and manage the costs associated with products and services.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain an efficient inventory system.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate terms with suppliers for food and other necessary supplies.
