- Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business results.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other stakeholders.
