About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Tapestry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a Team of Customer Service Representatives: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure that your team is equipped to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Drive Sales and Business Metrics: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve business metrics.
  • Retain Loyal Guests: Foster strong relationships with our guests to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Develop and Implement Processes: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement processes that improve customer service and drive business results.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and drive business results.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and other stakeholders.
