Location: Toronto, ON

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish project management systems encompassing cost, quantity, and labor data
  • Oversee project financial and revenue budgets
  • Manage the process for changes in project scope
  • Generate reports on project costs and cash flow
  • Collaborate with the construction management team for accurate cost forecasting
  • Administer the monthly invoicing process for projects
  • Monitor project receivables
  • Conduct cost management analyses for internal reporting purposes
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through reporting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years in Project Controls
  • Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects is preferred
  • Familiarity with cost engineering best practices
  • Proficient in Earned Value Management and Project Management Software
  • AACEI CCP certification is advantageous
  • Strong skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
  • Capacity to work independently and travel as necessary
