Job Title: Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Surrey. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks on a large volume of contracts and invoices, maintaining meaningful relationships with company stakeholders and suppliers, and acting as a subject matter expert in contract administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform administrative tasks on a large volume of contracts and invoices
  • Maintain meaningful relationships with company stakeholders and suppliers
  • Act as a subject matter expert in contract administration
  • Design, develop, and deliver training on contract administration
  • Contribute to business teams and facilitate timely resolution of escalated contract administration related matters
Requirements:
  • Minimum three (3) years of contract administration work experience or equivalent
  • High school graduation
  • Three years of related work experience in project coordination and process development
  • Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Advanced typing skills
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Intermediate English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
  • Certificate in Project Management, Business, Accounting, Construction Management, Quality, and Process Management or related field
  • Experience in SAP (such as supply chain management system), HydroShare, PPM Workspace, and project/program-specific applications; would be an asset
