Contract Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in Surrey. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for performing administrative tasks on a large volume of contracts and invoices, maintaining meaningful relationships with company stakeholders and suppliers, and acting as a subject matter expert in contract administration.
Responsibilities:- Perform administrative tasks on a large volume of contracts and invoices
- Maintain meaningful relationships with company stakeholders and suppliers
- Act as a subject matter expert in contract administration
- Design, develop, and deliver training on contract administration
- Contribute to business teams and facilitate timely resolution of escalated contract administration related matters
- Minimum three (3) years of contract administration work experience or equivalent
- High school graduation
- Three years of related work experience in project coordination and process development
- Certificate in Business Administration or equivalent
- Advanced typing skills
- Intermediate MS Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Intermediate English skills for professional environment, written and spoken
- Certificate in Project Management, Business, Accounting, Construction Management, Quality, and Process Management or related field
- Experience in SAP (such as supply chain management system), HydroShare, PPM Workspace, and project/program-specific applications; would be an asset
- Long-term project
