About the Role

VIZDOME TECH ALBERTA LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies
    • Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Develop and Manage Marketing Materials
    • Create high-quality marketing collateral, including brochures, reports, and website content
    • Design and implement visual identity systems, including logos and brand guidelines
  • Supervise and Train Staff
    • Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
    • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Perform Administrative Tasks
    • Manage marketing budgets and resources to ensure effective use of company funds
    • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to inform future strategies
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • 1-2 years of experience in marketing communications or a related field
  • Skills and Knowledge
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
