Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Drake International. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender packages to acquire new construction projects
  • Ensure projects are completed within specified scope, schedule, budget, and meeting expectations
  • Manage multiple projects in different developmental stages
  • Negotiate and ensure accountability of all involved parties as per contracted services
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of experience working on residential Multi-family, or commercial projects
  • Construction knowledge and understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and planning concepts
  • Ability to effectively manage new client development, client issues, complaints, and inquiries while providing excellent service to clients
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding time management, prioritization, multitasking, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, where collaboration is the key to success
