Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

The Construction Project Manager will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to construction sites and meetings with stakeholders.
