About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Fintech Innovation Canada Inc. as a key member of our technology department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management: Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise staff or team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality deliverables.
  • Technical Leadership: Supervise technical staff and provide guidance on software development, testing, and implementation.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress reports, as well as other relevant documentation, to track project milestones and performance.
  • Operational Management: Establish work schedules and plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Software Development: Write, modify, integrate, and test software code to meet project requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
