About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team at Naran Inc. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team members, including preparing documents, managing files, and maintaining accurate records.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Train staff on new procedures and policies.
  • Payroll and Budgeting
    • Oversee and coordinate payroll administration.
    • Plan and control budget and expenditures.
  • Computer and Technology
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • High school graduation certificate.
  • Private sector experience.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week.
