Warehouse Coordinator

Rough Riders Trucking & Logistics Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Shipper to join our team.
Job Summary:The Warehouse Shipper will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate shipment of goods to our customers. This includes determining the method of shipment, scheduling distribution, and preparing shipping documents.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the most efficient method of shipment to meet customer needs
- Schedule the distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents
- Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents
- Maintain accurate internal record-keeping systems
- Record shortages and reject damaged goods
- Route goods to appropriate storage areas
- Pack goods to be shipped
- Unpack goods received
- Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments
- Oversee the loading and unloading of goods
- Process payments for goods
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or shipping environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
The Warehouse Shipper will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet customer needs.
