Marketing Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at 2814686 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and optimize communication strategies to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Develop and implement content marketing campaigns to reach target audiences
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including reports, briefs, and website content
- Coordinate special events and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions
- Develop and maintain digital databases to track marketing performance
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours:The working hours are 40 hours per week.
