Job Title: Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at 2814686 Ontario Inc. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and develop communication strategies to effectively reach our target audience
  • Prepare and distribute written materials, such as reports and website content, to support marketing initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters
  • Coordinate special events and promotions to increase brand awareness
  • Research and gather data to inform marketing decisions
  • Conduct analytical studies to measure marketing effectiveness
  • Develop and implement online marketing campaigns, including e-commerce and website promotions
  • Maintain and manage digital databases to track marketing performance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with frequent changes and priorities.
