The HCBS Supervisor is a key member of our team at Imagine the Possibilities, Inc., responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations for services. This includes maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing programs and services in accordance with waiver concepts such as individual choice and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate day-to-day operations for services, including record-keeping and compliance with regulations.
- Implement programs and services in accordance with waiver concepts, such as individual choice and decision-making.
- Supervise HCBS Direct Support Professionals to ensure effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with Director of Services, Associate Director of Services, and Associate Regional Executive Director to achieve organizational goals.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and personal auto liability insurance coverage $100,000/$300,000/$50,000.
- Background checks with previous employers, references, law enforcement agencies, and others will be conducted and found satisfactory.
- Valid driver's license and driver's record deemed acceptable by Imagine the Possibilities, Inc.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds, with use of assistive equipment as needed.
- Ability to work in a professional office environment and in the community.
