Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 1970410 AB Ltd. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Supervision
    • Direct and manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to improve team performance.
  • Sales and Operations
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
    • Manage store inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
    • Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-organized, with a focus on creating an excellent customer shopping experience.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that customer feedback is collected and acted upon to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Oversee the maintenance of the store, including ensuring that the store is clean and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
    • Manage store budgets, including controlling expenses and ensuring that the store is operating within budget.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
