Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Director to join Fortune Logistics Ltd. as a key member of our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders, including board members and external partners
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of major business initiatives
    • Manage and develop a team of senior managers and directors
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
    • Ensure effective financial planning, risk management, and compliance
  • Human Resources Management
    • Develop and implement HR strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent
    • Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance, or management
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a logistics or transportation industry
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of strategic leadership and business growth
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
