Key Responsibilities

  • Metrics and Analytics: Utilize data to assess HR performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring that the organization meets its people-related goals.
Requirements
  • 10 years of Human Resource experience with time spent in premium or luxury hotel environments.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills, ability to work cross-functionally and across the wider organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
