- Leadership and Employee Relations: Lead HR initiatives across the organization, providing guidance and support to leaders at all levels to foster a culture of trust, honesty, respect, and gratitude.
- Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment and selection strategy for the organization, ensuring all pipelines are active and working in collaboration with Corporate HR to maximize recruitment efforts.
- Compensation, Benefits, and Compliance: Collaborate with senior operational and HR leaders to design and implement total compensation packages, including recognition and incentive programs tailored to the organization's needs.
- Training and Development: Identify training gaps and collaborate with Corporate HR to develop and deliver resort-wide training programs that align with the organization's specific operational needs.
- Health, Safety, and Wellness: Lead the implementation of health, safety, and wellness policies and procedures within the organization, ensuring compliance through training, monitoring, and proactive safeguarding measures.
- Internal Communication and Collaboration: Work with the leadership team to build effective internal communication channels that resonate with all employees, ensuring alignment with Corporate HR initiatives.
- Metrics and Analytics: Utilize data to assess HR performance against agreed KPIs, ensuring that the organization meets its people-related goals.
- 10 years of Human Resource experience with time spent in premium or luxury hotel environments.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to work cross-functionally and across the wider organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Personal days: 5 per year after 90 days of continued full-time employment.
