Your Role as a Wealth Management Specialist

As a Wealth Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our investment advisors in delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be responsible for assisting with various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth client interactions and efficient portfolio management.

  • Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally. Assist investment advisors in managing client relationships and providing personalized financial guidance.
  • Transaction Processing: Execute routine financial transactions, including buying and selling securities, making necessary adjustments to portfolios, and processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and currency conversions.
  • Account Management: Analyze and open customer files, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date. Maintain meticulous records of client information and financial activities.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate portfolio management reports and provide insights to investment advisors. Assist in analyzing market trends and identifying investment opportunities.
  • Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prepare for client meetings. Ensure efficient office operations and maintain a professional work environment.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and risk management policies. Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Your Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • A completed college or university degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business administration.
  • 2+ years of experience in banking (back office), insurance, or the financial services industry.
  • Relevant courses on securities trading (CSA) and/or compliance manual standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
