Key Responsibilities
  • Support clients through the wealth management process by gathering relevant information and documents
  • Prepare comprehensive wealth and financial projections to provide a holistic view of client goals and priorities
  • Coordinate activities with wealth management specialists and in-branch consultants to ensure seamless execution
  • Liaise with branch management to stay informed on wealth management initiatives and progress
  • Provide exceptional client service, responding to inquiries and identifying opportunities for new business and asset consolidation
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in the investment industry
  • Registered Representative (RR) approval with CIRO
  • Financial planner diploma from the Institute of Financial Planning
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 apps
  • University degree
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
