Territory Sales Manager

**Job Summary**
Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Compact Construction Equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
**Requirements**
- Proven sales experience in the heavy equipment industry, preferably with a focus on compact construction equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented sales performance
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally, as required
