3D Modeling Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled 3D Modeling Technician to join our team at Soucy. As a key member of our engineering and design team, you will play a crucial role in bringing innovative product ideas to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with industrial designers to transform concepts into 3D models, ensuring accuracy and feasibility for production.
- Work closely with the engineering team to validate product designs and ensure manufacturability.
- Participate in multidisciplinary design workshops to develop and refine product designs.
- Produce high-quality 3D models, renderings, and animations to support product development and marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the model maker to create mock-ups and prototypes.
Requirements:
- Strong skills in 3D modeling software, such as Autodesk Inventor or SolidWorks.
- Experience working with industrial designers and engineering teams to develop product designs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
