Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Webooook Information Technology Limited. This role is essential in managing our recruitment processes and ensuring we attract top talent.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess current and future staffing needs.
  • Draft and disseminate job postings and advertisements.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants.
  • Guide candidates on job requirements and employment conditions.
  • Maintain and review candidate databases.
  • Engage with potential candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Recruit recent graduates from various educational institutions.
  • Facilitate selection processes and participate in evaluation boards.
  • Inform candidates about selection outcomes and extend job offers.
  • Provide advice to management and staff regarding staffing policies.
  • Organize employee consultations and grievance handling.
  • Mediate disputes and oversee the termination process.
  • Assess eligibility for benefits and coordinate training initiatives.
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in electronic communication tools.
  • Skilled in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Security Requirements
  • Basic security clearance is required.
Travel Requirements
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Work Environment
  • Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail is essential.
