About the Role

Aberdeen Market is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our trade and broadcasting division. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing departments, and coordinating regional operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial and administrative controls to ensure the organization's financial health and stability.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to lead our teams.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, ensuring our interests are represented.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, customers, and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior financial role, preferably in the trade and broadcasting industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to respond to changing business needs and priorities.
