We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front Desk Associate to join our team at Tommy Gun's Original Barbershop in Prince George. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service, ensuring every guest has an exceptional experience
  • Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Support the retail team in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Assist with visual merchandising and product inventory
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic knowledge of visual merchandising and product inventory (an asset)
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role (an asset)
