About the Role

Avison Young is seeking a highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective marketing materials that showcase our brand and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative design solutions for various marketing programs and campaigns
  • Design and produce high-quality marketing materials, including print and digital assets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and brand alignment
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design
  • Provide guidance and support to junior designers and team members
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
  • Ensure all design work meets Avison Young's brand standards and guidelines

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a commercial real estate or marketing agency
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong understanding of graphic design fundamentals, including layout, hierarchy, typography, color theory, and imagery
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Experience with commercial real estate marketing a plus
