About the Role
Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Auditor to join our team. As a Compliance Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and report on compliance audits for health service providers and owner-operated facilities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of compliance monitoring and audit processes.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Prepare and present audit reports and findings to management and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Recent experience in finance, risk management, or a related field is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
