Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Joeonto Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operations and Logistics: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and develop training plans to enhance staff skills and productivity.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, respond to customer requests, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload.
