About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and operations, to ensure project success.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Manage project budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including project kick-off meetings, status updates, and project close-out meetings.
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure project deliverables are met, and that team members have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
  • Manage and report project metrics, including project schedule, budget, and resource utilization.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 8+ years of project management experience, with a background in IT security.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent knowledge in project management methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in delivery of cross-organizational projects.
  • Demonstrated success in managing clients that are geographically dispersed.
  • Bilingualism required: Candidate must have excellent skills in English and French (written and spoken).
