Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery used in inventory management.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed in a timely manner.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies related to inventory management.
  • Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure employees are meeting their performance goals.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure it is completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics to ensure the smooth operation of our inventory management system.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • College/CEGEP education.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Client focus and flexibility.
  • Initiative and reliability.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
