Regent College is seeking a dedicated and innovative individual to oversee and direct the children's ministry of our church. This role involves working closely with current leaders and volunteers, recruiting new talent, and equipping them to effectively minister to children (birth through age 12) of our diverse congregation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the children's ministry
  • Collaborate with current leaders and volunteers to develop and implement effective ministry programs
  • Recruit and equip new leaders and volunteers to serve in the children's ministry
  • Develop and manage budgets for the children's ministry
  • Build relationships with parents and caregivers to support the spiritual growth of children

Requirements:

  • Love for children and a passion for ministry
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Experience in children's ministry or a related field

What We Offer:

  • Part-time position (10 hours/week) with a flexible schedule
