Key Responsibilities:
  • As a treatment specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing self-esteem by creating beautiful smiles.
  • Greet new clients warmly and ensure they feel valued and appreciated, providing a top-tier experience.
  • Assess clients' dental concerns and aspirations for a healthy, attractive smile.
  • Handle all client communications with positivity, including appointment scheduling, confirmations, and administrative duties, while guiding educational discussions about treatment options.
  • Present treatment alternatives, discuss payment plans, address inquiries, and effectively motivate clients to embark on their orthodontic journey.
  • Manage potential cancellations and address concerns to encourage clients to maintain their appointments.
  • Optimize the appointment schedule to ensure maximum efficiency, ensuring all clients leave with their next visit booked.
  • Track and maintain daily, monthly, and quarterly reports to inspire clients to initiate their smile transformation.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience is essential.
  • Experience in Customer Relationship Management is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with the ability to learn new software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Dental industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
