Job Summary:

The Visual Merchandising Manager, also known as the Third Key Holder, Visual, is a critical role within our team at Ardene. This position is responsible for overseeing all visual, merchandising, and marketing directives, ensuring a cohesive and engaging store environment that drives sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Store Operations: Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, store cleanliness, re-stocking, and merchandising, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly and welcoming environment, greeting, acknowledging, and re-approaching every customer, and being knowledgeable about products.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support the team, ensuring they are equipped to provide outstanding service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining a visually appealing store display.
  • Marketing and Visuals: Collaborate with management to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies, ensuring a consistent brand image and driving sales.
  • Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-year retail experience, preferably in a visual merchandising or store operations role.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and priority-setting skills, and the ability to lead a team in a positive and inclusive manner.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures (up to 30 pounds).
