Job Title: Merchandise Processing AssociateWe're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members.
What You'll Do:- Process and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Work collaboratively with our inventory management team to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting a culture of respect and teamwork.
- A comprehensive onboarding and training program to ensure your success in the role.
