We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at St. John's Fish Exchange Kitchen & Wet Bar. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, manage and oversee activities of food preparation staff, and maintain high standards of quality control.
- Team Leadership: Supervise a team of 16-20 individuals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure excellent performance and teamwork.
- Customer Service: Handle customer feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience for all patrons.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and wastage, generate reports, and balance cash transactions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a food service environment
- Language: Fluent in English
- Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week
