TBT Engineering Limited is a dynamic organization dedicated to supporting engineering, technology, and earth sciences. We are seeking a qualified individual to assist with procurement and project administration tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitating project timelines, resources, equipment, and data management.
- Assisting in the composition and overall development of project proposals.
- Organizing and maintaining project-related documentation.
- Performing routine administrative functions such as reception duties, document printing, photocopying, binding, managing supply inventory, and other clerical responsibilities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a degree or diploma in Business, English, or a related discipline, along with a strong enthusiasm for project administration. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite is essential, and familiarity with engineering procurement processes, business writing skills, and the ability to review and provide constructive feedback on documentation are highly regarded.
This role is a full-time contract position, providing coverage for a two-year maternity leave. Compensation will be based on relevant experience and qualifications. TBT Engineering offers comprehensive health and dental benefits, generous paid time off policies, wellness incentives, workwear allowances, and competitive salaries.
