We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at Access Storage. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring the overall success of our storage facilities.

About the Role

  • Manage front desk operations, including confirming reservations, renting storage units, and collecting rental payments.
  • Maintain property appearance by cleaning facilities daily and performing daily inspections of storage units.
  • Travel between locations within a reasonable distance, requiring access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Please note that applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Requirements
