About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Executive Director - Canada Operations. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our Canadian operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy to drive revenue and profitability in Canada.
  • Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing leadership team to drive business results and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Talent Management: Attract, develop, and retain top talent to drive business success.
  • Operational Excellence: Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency to drive cost savings and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role in the energy or power industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees, such as an MBA, are highly preferred.
  • Skills: Proven expertise in leading and managing business transformation initiatives, experience with mergers and acquisitions, and exceptional financial acumen.
