The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled Manager, Enterprise Derivatives Reporting to support the Senior Manager in delivering efficient and effective enterprise-wide derivatives reporting processes and disclosures.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement derivatives reporting processes that meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and tools to provide real-time insights into derivatives positions and risk exposures.
- Work closely with the Senior Manager to ensure timely and accurate delivery of derivatives reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of derivatives reporting.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members on derivatives reporting processes and procedures.
- Proven experience in derivatives reporting and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of derivatives products and risk management principles.
