**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Department Manager - Bakery. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of bakery professionals, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth through innovative strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of bakery professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and guidance to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team engagement.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to achieve store goals and objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or bakery environment, with a proven track record of leadership and sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
