- Store Environment Evaluation: Evaluate and improve the customer service and store environments to enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional results and meeting business objectives.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
