Marketing Specialist Job Description

Talent Recruitment Services is seeking a skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing policies, performing administrative tasks, and planning development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services
  • Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, such as brochures and reports
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to reach our target audience
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure effective communication and project delivery
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a focus on policy development and project planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with marketing software, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Adobe Dreamweaver
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and practices, including market research and analysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
