Job SummaryWe're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Optical Associate to join our team at our Grimsby ON clinic. As an Optical Associate, you will play a critical role in delivering world-class service to our patients, providing exceptional customer experiences, and helping us achieve our mission of improving people's lives through eye care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Assist patients in selecting the best eyewear options for their lifestyle, ensuring they receive the best value and quality.
- Interpret optical prescriptions and perform frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of new eyewear.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing, preferably retail environment.
- Previous optical experience is considered an asset.
- Passionate about customer service and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- High level of comfort using technology and computers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
