Job Description

We are seeking a Site Development Specialist to join our team at Alphabet Consulting. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of construction projects from site preparation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Loading and unloading construction materials, transporting them to designated areas as needed.
  • Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt to create smooth surfaces.
  • Assisting in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs to meet project specifications.
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications, ensuring even terrain for construction.
  • Paving and raking asphalt to create durable surfaces.
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings, safely removing debris and materials.
  • Cleaning and piling salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Performing routine maintenance work on construction equipment and sites.
  • Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Tending to or feeding machines and equipment used in construction, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Directing traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring worker safety and minimizing disruptions.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
