Intello Technologies Inc. is in search of a meticulous and proactive Pharmacy Technician to become a vital part of our team. The Pharmacy Technician will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacist with daily operations, which include processing prescriptions, overseeing inventory management, and delivering outstanding customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Pharmacist and RPT in accurately and efficiently processing prescriptions, utilizing both manual and automated systems.
- Oversee inventory management, including the ordering and replenishment of medications and supplies.
- Prepare medications for distribution, which includes counting tablets and labeling containers.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform administrative duties, such as processing insurance claims and maintaining patient records.
- Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and compliance guidelines.
- Assist with central fill operations, including the preparation and dispensing of prescriptions and inventory oversight.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a Pharmacy Technician program or relevant experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with pharmacy software and computer systems.
- Understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with automated systems and central fill operations is preferred.
