About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at KIREI Cleaning & Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals who are equipped to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Task Management: Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure that our cleaning services are delivered on time and to the required standard.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in initiatives that support the social and labour market integration of newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Youth Employment: Participate in programs that support youth employment and provide opportunities for young people to develop their skills and experience.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in initiatives that support the employment and development of Indigenous people.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in initiatives that support the employment and development of visible minorities.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
